  Very well positioned and easy to locate. Staff extremely helpful. Very clean and felt secure. Seen much comment about the breakfast but, in fairness, we thought the ambiance, service, panoramic view, cleanliness and, though restricted choice of food, was well worth. For the cost involved it was definately value for money. - Comfort and cleanlines... what people say » s of Room and all areas Wonderful Sea view room ( pity about the wet weather on the Sunday!) Reception and Restaurant staff (during daytime) were of high standard Off street car parking area great for ease to drop off and pick up safely from the busy sea front road...

  Very Friendly and helpful staff, good location (minutes from centre) comfortable rooms and very reasonably priced. Could n't ask for anything more for a short break - We have stayed at the hotel on many occasions and really like the people there, the location and it suitsw our needs perfectly
