everything was just as we wanted. plus the refurbishment since we last visited made it even better. extremely friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Location, comfort, value and parking facility. fiendly helpfull staff easy to find central. Room excellent value, clean and comfortable, but upgrading not quite complete (going on noisily overhead during daytime). Reception daytime extremely friendly and helpful. Sound proofing very good indeed - though needed.

I would definitelystay there again. It is not the newest building but everything worked,it was comfortable, we had plenty of space and an excellent shower -what more do you need!. Very friendly English-speaking staff, and the hotel has a secure garage right next to it for about ten cars (and so there's always room inside for a motorbike as that is how we arrived). This was our third visit to the hotel. This time we had an exceptionally clean and newly refurbished room and en suite facilities.very helpfull staff, cleanliness , location. This was a very freindly small hotel that gave great value for theprice. Clean and close to a few bars and restaurants that you could walkto. Ideal for ferries to uk. We had a group that included motorbikes andthey had a seperate lock up garage for them. Will use this hotel again. We were pleasanlty surprised. The room was clean and comfortable. We got the biggest room on the floor with two double beds and lots of space and airco(!). Double glass windows. The bathroom is also very spacious. Finding hotel difficult thru one-way roads. The ventilation system in the bathroom does not turn off and did disturb our nights sleep. A triple room is a room with 3 single beds.and not a double and a single. Pillows were small and there were no extra pillows in the room (although we would probably have been given them if we had asked). bath and shower facilities , fire exit safety, room temperature uncomfortably high. The room smelled strongly of fresh paint.cramped bed against partition wall. Furniture is soooo outdated and of poor quality. In the bathroom too. Only the building and the front desk looks quite fancy. Payed parking on the street or in the parking lot of the hotel.Only reservation was location it is in a seedy area and was noisy at night. Just a bit noisy if you leave your window open. Very noisy Saturday night outside the hotel until 5.30 am!. The room was a little too warm, and there was a certain amount of noise from the street outside.Did not like the idea of dogs being allowed in the hotel. I didn't like the road that the hotel was on. Room overlooked noisy street. A little more investment in the bathrooms would not go amiss, plus a bit of rowdiness from some of the other guests came right into the rooms. Never mind!. The hotel was on a street full of Kebab shops open till very late and the street was very! noisey and could not sleep. even had double glazing. Garage full little on street parking. Only 1very soft pillow. I had to stuff clothing in the slip for more comfort.It was also very noisy at night until after 1am from street below. One of the two rooms we had was very noisy coming up from street level.no curtains on the window, woke up at 5am. Noisy, in the heart of the night district which we did not know, websitedid not mention that. Did not sleep very much, too much noise.very noisy at night (shouting in street all night). The overall finishing of the room was poor, and had been paper and painted over the cracks, the tiles to the bathroom were cracked, there was white melamine shelves to the bedside which were not particularly well done, but it was ok.Being woken up to move my car out the way in the garage then getting down there and finding it was not neccessary. the room was tired and a little scruffy. room was very poor, very old and tiered,.
