The people that run the apartments are simply the best! Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable new and clean and kept that way. Such a nice place to stay!!!! We travelled with the whole family, so we stayed in the biggest room on the top floor. It was so so so excellent!!!!! The apartment was of a good size, with separate bedroom and combined living room/kitchenette. The location is very close to the promenade and the shopping and tourist centre of the town (5 mins to beach, 2-15 mins for all major tourist areas). Bars and restaurants right outside the door. fine. No traffic noice. Information up front (1 week before) and during
the stay (by email) was good. Very central location, 1 minute to grocery
store, 1 minute to local market with fruit and vegetables, 2 minutes
walk to main shopping street and 5 minute walk down to the sandy beaches
of Cannes. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to Florella Marceau.
Price/quality is good.

We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view
