The people that run the apartments are simply the best! Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable new and clean and kept that way. Very clean, modern apt. Very good location - Location. Smack in the middle of things. Safe area. Shopping right at the doorstep (literally). Clean. Good kitchen (no supplies). Short distance to the beach. Quite peaceful (some traffic noise).

We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view

Great apartment with balcony, helpful staff, everything in the little kitchen that we needed to make breakfast or lunch every day. Nice pool and decked area for sunbathing. Right next to La Croisette beach, all of the shops and a big supermarket. Hire a car though to get out and about - so many places to see! -

Excellent seaview (higher floors), swimming pools, parking inunderground carpark, willing stuff - The price was very good value. The view over the pool is nice. The apartment was clean. Connections to Cannes itself are very easy, as buses stop just a few minutes from the hotel every 10 minutes or so during the day (far fewer at night).

that the room and bathroom were clean and ready for occupancy and since we had children with us they allowed us to stay extra hours on the day of the check out,parking facility right outside the hotel too - It was lovely and quiet and very well located.
