  My stay was an utter delight from arrival to departure. The staff were a joy to meet and interact with, and very helpful at all times. The bed was amazingly comfortable .... deliciously so, apparently hand-made in Sweden (I want one). The village location is quiet and very picturesque. A short taxi ride to Nice airport, I've previously used Chateau le Cagnard as a haven before the long flight to Australia and - 1-The Junior Suite's comfortable bed, pillow, and down comforter. 2-Hotel is in a fantastic medieval village that is still inhabited and sits atop a high hill (or small mountain) with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. 3-Fabulous gourmet restaurant with Chef Stephan. Dinner is not to be missed! Try the goat cheese spread, and steak or chicken dinners. Never had a bad meal. 4-Walking through picturesque medieval village and taking pictures. 5-Very friendly and acco
