  The property owners were absolutely fantastic. Their property is situated perfectly next to the old town. Great for romantic stay, foodies (excellent fully equipped kitchen, patio table, and dining room), and wine connoisseurs. Very highly recommend the premise and the operators. We loved it. - We loved the appartement , it is well equipped , comfortable , light, modern and in a very central location. Although it is in the middle of town there is no noise and it is peaceful.Even in October we were able to sit out on the spacious terrace. The proprietor was very kind and helpful .

  What we liked best: the people are fantastic, very accomodating, want to be sure your stay is superb. Gorgeous property in great location, very central. Wine cave on sight, can set up personal tasting. Regarding the room: clean, lots of space, feel at home. Breakfast wonderful: espresso, chocolate for kids, homemade jams, cheeses, fresh breads, ju... what people say » ice. Could not have asked for better. Relaxing & enjoyable week in Beaune. Would definately return. Can't imagine staying anywhere else. - This accommodation is very special. The most beautiful we have stayed in. The rooms are very large and everything is tasteful and of good quality. It is right in the centre of town and yet so quiet. The wine tasting is a must. We would return to Beaune just to stay in this lovely place.

  This is a new hotel and is bright and cheerful. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was smallish, but well designed with a double wardrobe,shelves and a large shower room - no bath. Best of all was the fantastically comfortable bed and soft pillows. We've stayed in another Ibis Styles previously and the bed was rock hard. Th - The decor was very hip, comfortable, and clean. It was obvious that the interior designer focused on the needs & desires of different types of travelers (i.e., family, singles, mature couples). It was interesting to see how the space was efficiently utilized for the bar, children's area, dining area, reception, etc). The staff were very exemplar in assisting us and making sure that our stay was comfortable.

  I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my brief stop in Beaune. Le 5 was only a short walk from the train station and very easy to find. I was warmly greeted in the courtyard of this stunning establishment by the beautiful and friendly family who were hosting me. The room was huge and beautifully decorated, - Maria was the best host you can imagine. Breakfast was not a standard hotel breakfast. There was fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, espresso/ macchiato/ cappuccino, about 6 different kinds of bread, 4 different cheeses, 5 different homemade jams........... Great!! The design of the rooms are all different, but all great. Done by Maria herself! And the size of the rooms......we had the smallest, but still three times larger then a normal hotel room.   This was a fantastic hotel, and of a higher standard than most 3-star hotels. We were in the area for a weekend of golfing, wine tasting, and outdoor fun for the kids and it was perfect in every way. The staff was delightful, breakfast was substantial, and the grounds were just beautiful. It is a beautiful hotel near Beaune and we picked it for this reason. You do have to have a car to get into Beaune.
