- nice view - helpfull staff --> receptionist picked us up from train station after we waited over one hour for the ordered cab... - Broken power plugs (dangerous) - Broken shower switch - Broken lamps - Damaged furniture - In our room (504), the toilet flushing from all the rooms above was producing quite loud awfull noises (~ every 15 seconds during "rush hour" in the evening/morning).
