The staff were gracious and helped with everything we needed, including securing a rental car (which was delivered to the hotel for us) for day trips to Monte Carlo and St. Tropez. The breakfa - The hotel is situated very close to the centre of Aix-en-Provence. The staff was very helpful and nice. I asked for some hot water to make myself a tea on a couple of occasions and my request wasn't refused, which is often the case in the hotels with only two stars. There was also no problem with having our luggage stored once we checked out in the morning. The room had a little terrace with a lovely view. I wouldn't recommend taking a cheaper room with the view onto the road...
