We were two couples in a two bedroom apartment for a short visit to Aix-en- Provence. The price was good, and the hotel was close enough to town-- not in the center, but a short trip by car. The rooms were clean and simple, and morning breakfast was filling for a long day of sightseeing. Staff was accommodating. a good place if you simply make aix-en-provence a stop for sleeping. the hotel is well decorated and clean and the room is large. when we arrived there the double room was full so we got a suit with two floors for the same money. BTY, there are quite some good restaurant in AIX, check them out if you have time~.

Rooms clean but hot water supply was limited & had only cold water for showering one night. Only staff was nice n this hotgel,hotel is cheap and cheap designing ,all simple for 1 night was ok. Tax to bus station 8-10 euros ,to tgv train st- 26-30 euros. Secure hotel ,very acustic. Apartment style so had ability to make basic meals. Only one chair on balcony. WiFi was a bit spotty. Hard to find the hotel. Cooking facilities a bit basic - missing some essentials. Internet was a little slow. Very hard to find. Address given is wrong. Internet access very bad - no response. Suggest to give soup for kitchen. Very hard to find the hotel, especially if you are moving along the main road towards the city centre. The sofa bed could be better. The kitchen n living area should be interchanged so that whoever sleep on the sofa bed would not be disturbed as much. Long walk to nearest supermarket and the city centre. Not having enough hot water for nightly showers. Just ugly design- for me painful. We couldn't find the place. The address when typed into our GPS took us to the wrong address. After an hour and extra directions from the reception desk we finally found it. We almost decided to cancel the reservation and find something else. Very basic. difficult to find location oven hotplates didn't work. very hard to find by car. This place is totally unsuited for normal travelers. Barren facilities. Bad location. I would rather stay in a Motel 6 or Days Inn. We checked out after one day even though we had paid for 2. not clean, everything is old, the kitcehn was totally not furnished with things we needed (dish soap anyone?) everything was just old and dirty, we couldn't even get an extra pillow.
