The flat was very quiet and clean, also equipped with everything you may need to make you feel at home while traveling. We were very pleased with the personnel as they were extremely kind and offered a great service, they also took us to the pace by car, which was an extra pinch of salt that we did not expect. Another nice detail was that we were missing the hair dryer and they took the time to bring it to the flat. It was in general a great experience.
all reviews » Very well equipped, Large one-bedroom flat. Extremely clean on arrival, location very central. Washing up liquid, bin liners etc. provided. Had an iron and ironing board, washing powder and fabric conditioner. Good washing machine, drier and dishwasher. Good quality TV, radio, coffee maker etc. Very quiet. Collected key from the train station and left it on the table on departure. No need to contact the owners. very nice comfortable place, 10 min walking till main train station, 1 min walking to tram stop, everything you need is inside (all dishes and technics) you can collect keys at the train station or at the airport (also there were in the envelope map how to get the place and conditions and guide book (which was very useful)). We stayed at apartment neste design district in Helsinki. It's our favorite neighborhood in the city. The equipment of the apartment was full and modern. It was comfortable and safe to stay there with the baby. They also gave us a baby-grib (but it was broken))) anyway pur baby slept in our bed.The staff is very nice. We were upgraded to a larger and newer 1 bedroom apartment in a convenient location a couple of Metro stops from the central railway station. We were also able to check in very early after flight from Singapore. Communication with staff, very clear directions. Lovely studio apartment in central location. Twin beds are strange though. Overall great value and fab location. Very cosy and clean apartment. Wifi was a bonus. Convenient arrangement for key pickup. The no. 3 tram takes u to the central station in just 10 minutes. Location, wifi, having laundry facilities, central heating. Just to have a complete apartment to crash in so close to city & transport. Great location from both the city centre and port. Size and cool air circulation in a hot city at the time. like our home. 68sq. m may be more with two bad room !! Free parking Supermarket downstairs Price Wi Fi (but need to ask) Price:location (8 km from center). Comfort and location. The place. The drier machine was hard to lock. The water hose was leaking. Bathroom was dated- could do with a refurbishment. Could not open windows which, on a hot night, made it a bit uncomfortable. Maybe provide a fan. -there is not double bed there are two twi beds, and the floor is very slippery, so it's moving, but both beds are very comfortable, -doorsteps have the same color as floor, so hited my foot few times. We had to wait for a boy who brought the keys to railway station. The bed is made of two beds, it was a bit uncomfy, but ok. Found a bunch of hair in the bathroom and stale bread in the kitchen. Cleaning could be more detailed. The double bed, like many, is made up of two singles but instead of being joined they were only pushed together and so because the wood floors are so polished and I'm an active sleeper the beds would separate through the night so sleep was always interrupted. Beds need to be affixed when doubled or perhaps on a strong rug? Only complaint, the bed. The directions to the flat were difficult to follow. We came from the airport in a rental car and the journey wasn't easy if you don't know Helsinki. The key did not fit the door for disposing of kitchen waste. The apartment was not clean. We found some cookies near the sofa on the floor. The toilet was not cleaned as well. Even the water was not flushed. They provided internet access. However, there were no wi-fi, so we could use it. The most uncomfortable was to communicate with staff. I called them several times but the phones were on voice mail. Even mobile. This was strange because when we went to pick up the keys the girl was in the office, but phones were on voice mail. Nothing. All was very good. Possibly a bit expensive. Nothing. Still don't understand the twin beds though. They have them in Russia too. Weird. Little information provided, for example a welcoming booklet explaining how to connect to the wireless and so on would have been useful. There is no number of house. We've spend 1 hour to try to find right hous and appt. Light bulb burned out in the hallway and in the bathroom constantly blinking. Kitchen pan was dirty, forgotten ice cream in a freezer. Coffemake with forgotten filter. TVset dos't work. Price!!!. Too noisy.
