It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. And there was even tea and coffede making in the room, pretty rare in Egypt.The hotel is very close to Cairo airport and even though you have to contend with Cairo's terrible traffic if you want to go to town, the taxi fare is very cheap. I would stay there.
all reviews » The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bars with life music offer good distraction. The restaurants offer good food. The hotel is close to the airport and they offer a shuttle bus. They will come and pick you up at the airport and arrange your visa. The friendly and welcoming staff. That set the tone for our stay. The facilities are fantastic and the entire place is well maintained. A really beautiful hotel that we will re use and recommend to others. Every think was good and special thanks for mrs wael ramdhan the restaurant and food serveice manger for his help and arrangement for our board meal also thanks for mrs mohammed raffet in the reception . Great facilities, excellent restaurants, helpful staff. I travel on business to Cairo from Dubai regularly (monthly), have done for several years. This is the best hotel for me. The Staff was decent , gentle ,, I have to mention Mr Emad of the Coffee Shop ,, during breakfast was extreemly helpful. everything was great, the breakfast, the pool, the resturants, the room, the bed, the bathroom. Price is a bit high for equivalent hotels around the world. Breakfast price is very expensive. The hotel is located in a residential area. For my half board , I was not allowed to choose for what to eat as dinner . nothing identified. Nothing. one of your staff. I had a problem in check in since I had a reservation via booking .com, a room with half board for food but in check in they try there best to give the room only with no half board food there answer that letsbookhotel.com made a mistake to you this with this rate when I insisted after more than one hour of argument I got what I wanted as in letsbookhotel.com ad. The price little high. Lack of breakfast. Staff. nothing. far from city center. nothing. need to let you know about airport pick-up, you dont want to be walking out of the airport without transport 200 mens will say do you want a taxi and none of them are official. Staff friendly but need training , No view from rooms , Asian Restaurant Offering very bad sushi , Swimming Pool could have been bigger .. the staff seem untrained and they charged me more than the charges on the letsbookhotel.com website. they even wanted to charge me for dinner while i was on a half board package. Bathroom not clean. Amr in the front desk is so nice but Mr. Emad, the duty manager is not that nice. Fitness gym is open 24/7 for all five star hotels but here close early at night. And I failed to do my daily gym after came back hotel from business. Very disappointed.
