There was an issue with the card room key system when I arrived - the staff was quick to provide a solution. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I was amazed at number of good restaurants and variety under one roof. Each restaurant had its own beautiful ambience, decor, lighting, and excellent food. İ loved mexican and lebonanese restorants. Hotel inside very good, live music in all different restorants and bars... Staff are great.

Expensive and staff is very tricky and offffffffff. no thing at all. The pool was under construction, so I was not able to enjoy my outside terrace as I'd been hoping to. I was expecting at least one restaurant to have belly dancing which is famous Egypian traditional dance. Unfortunately I didn't find there anywhere. Nothing to do outside area need to take taxi. Hotel does not have taxi service which is very bad for a business man.. Need to take limusine with 5 times more price than taxi... Lost some clothes after checkout. Room service couldn't find them. Price of food in restaurants is very expensive compared to other 5 stars inCairo. Nothing. Room was dark despite all lights on. Internet slow. Smoking allowed in restaurants. 1- airport/ hotel transfer was per charge although the hotel is in the airport area and all other hotels in this area offer free airport pick up ( the charge was actually more expensive than just taking a taxi from the airport) 2- car parking was also per charge not free for the hotel guests 3- internet is for free but was hardly working. Theft of money from my room that I never received a feedback of what has happened. room a bit small, poor breakfast, price expensive for value. No Net screen for window, and many Mosquito go inside the room. No Toilet Douche. Just I want to say, if you want to make it as Europe or Western Stile, that the Toilet without Douche, for your information, mostly of Western Hotels now install Douches already to meet with Arab needs. no shopping center neither in hotel nor in surrounding area. A bit too expensive for Egypt High room tax applied AFTER the room price quoted by letsbookhotel.com. no possibilities to buy newspapers, postcards and stamps. I didn`t like transfer me from my room to another one in last night. too much expensive. They have seriuos problem in house keeping the rooms is not clean probly and the don't allow any food from outside even if its left over , and they charge for the car parking even for the guest . Even though I pre-paid the room they charged me again. I will have to correct this which will take time and effort. Staff. What can I start with !!! the staff is very un profisional they treat me in a very bad way. i left the hotel early becasue they stopped my freinds from visiting me, would you imagen!!! finally what make me so ... they charged me douple the amount of money which i supposed to pay and now im waiting to see how i can get back my money. just to be clear its not my first time to visit egypt and this is the first time for me to stay in this turable hotel. i wont ever recommend it to anyone. No com. Service was poor. food price didn't match the menues. The pool cabanas are very badly furnished and they smell very bad. it was very bad from all side. I have a very bad experince during my stay at this hotel starting from the reception, bad staff, bad cleaning, very small room with uncomfortablility and very late service I will not vesit this hotel again and I dont recommend it for any body.
