  This was an excellent experience. Everything was all around superb, especially the staff who was most gracious. A Luxurious hotel and spa in a prime site above town, but also very welcoming, no stuffiness; absolutely comfortable. Great food variety and quality, too. - Everything. This is one of the best hotels in Europe....

  The satff were very friendly , rooms wewre very comforatble. Location to shops is excellent. - The location and the staff are excelent, the spa and thai massage is the best of town.

  the junior suite was very big, well decorated, great room ammenities. the bechers bar was phenomenal, the cocktails and food were divine. the waiters are an asset to the hotel. english is not widely spoken although german and french are so we spoke those instead. - Friendly, highly professional staff; best interior decor I've ever seen; well-furnis... what people say » hed room accomodations; proximity to old town center.
