The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution. The restaurant staff were very nic

The spa facilities, the pool and the saunas were really good. The rooms were large and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay there. The website needs updating though as both WiFi and wired internet is available in all rooms.

Very nice and comfortable room, friendly staff - Very friendly hotel, great service. Rooms are antique funished. All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining. The restaurant's food was excellent and service was very good too.

Absolutely amazing. We have stayed in the city before but not anywhere
as comfortable as this hotel. We arrived after the desk had closed but
were greeted by the restaurant staff. One of the waiters helped carry
