The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

We were given a huge room, more like a suite. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Very pleasant, professional, helpful staff. Liked the location very close to Wenceslas square. We were also given a free book of things to see and do in Prague in either 3 hours or 3 days which came in very handy. Very enjoyable stay. - The reception staff in particular

Room was nice, big and very clean.
Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.
The whole staff was polite and helpful.

Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

I´ve rely enjoyed stay at hotel Green Garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They´ve always responded in kind way when I asked for something. Room and bathroom were clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent. As a business traveler I appreciated safe for my laptop and internet connection in my room. The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a favorite of mine in Prague. Has a very luxurious feel to it. All the rooms are different, so you get something new each time you stay. Staff are friendly and speak English. They have a new parking location for guests which is much closer than when I stayed here in 2011. The breakfast room is very cute and cozy as well.
