  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   Apartment was larger than expected, spacious. All basic facilities: kitchen, heating, shower (only liquid soup), towels, etc. Although it is not possible to check-in earlier than 2 p.m., but they have a room for luggage and it is possible to leave it there before check-in and after check-out if needed (in the restaurant nearby). Staff is polite. W... what people say » i-Fi internet connection is available in the room (but sometimes it is very poor). Although there are no room service, as changing towels or cleaning - The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room. Everything was very clean and tidy and the position was good, close to the city center.
