  The hotel was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Any assistance we required ie location of trips etc, the staff were able to provide this information.The location was so central, you are 5 minute walk from Charles Bridge and Old Town.   Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. Other shops, bars, and restaurants located close by so no need to cross the river again in the evening. Staff very good, breakfast superb. Nice cellar bar and classic sitting room. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

The trams stopped right outside the hotel going to the centre if you didnt want to walk, we took the trams everywhere and didnt pay once as there were no inspectors at all!!!. Nice comfortable clean room and well thought off amenities such as free use of computer and internet in lobby, they also lend laptops for free, can borrow dvd movies for free as there's a flat screen tv and dvd player in the room (great for rainy days in Prague).
