  We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. The ... what people say » room was huge fantastic bed bathroom and dressing room. Our room also had a huge balcony. Walking distance to everything. - Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family. The service was superb along goes with the beautiful magnificient hotel it surely was a very pleasant stay. It's a home away from home fantasy dream come true in luxury.

Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage, courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars & excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

  Rooms were absolutely spotless, perfect size of room with everything needed for a weekend stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Metro a 5 minute walk and tram stop approximately the same.   First of all, we would like to thank Zdenka, manager of the Hotel, for her hospitality. A couple of things worth perhaps mentioning: - tram 17 (the stop if just at the Hotel's entrance) goes directly to the city's center (Charles' Bridge and Lesser Town, Old Town and Vaclavac), only 20 minutes. There is also a Metro Station nearby, with the direct... what people say » line right to the Main Railway Station, - the apartments with the fully equipped kitchen (we have stayed in Room 14) were really spacious, and clean, - Very nice bright large room with comfortable bed and a couch with chairs. Kettle and tea, little fridge are also available in the room. Bath in the bathroom. Outside there is a nice garden. Private parking in the yard if available for 4 EUR a day, but there are also free public parking places outside. Tram stop is just around the corner and tickets are available at the reception.

  Close to everything. We had our own balcony, wich was great because we had one smoker among us, and the weather was wonderful while we were in Prague.:) - The receptionists are very nice; the situation of the appartment was very nice and on the city centre. There are very a lot of positive point ;-)
