First of all, we would like to thank Zdenka, manager of the Hotel, for her hospitality. A couple of things worth perhaps mentioning: - tram 17 (the stop if just at the Hotel's entrance) goes directly to the city's center (Charles' Bridge and Lesser Town, Old Town and Vaclavac), only 20 minutes. There is also a Metro Station nearby, with the direct line right to the Main Railway Station, - the apartments with the fully equipped kitchen (we have stayed in Room 14) were really spacious, and clean,.
all reviews » Very nice bright large room with comfortable bed and a couch with chairs. Kettle and tea, little fridge are also available in the room. Bath in the bathroom. Outside there is a nice garden. Private parking in the yard if available for 4 EUR a day, but there are also free public parking places outside. Tram stop is just around the corner and tickets are available at the reception. The staff was very friendly, ,English-speaking and accommodating. The hotel was a very good, basic accommodation, clean, and comfortable with a good breakfast. It was a bit out-of-the-center of the city, but easily accessible by public transport. It was our last stop before the airport and they offered reasonably-priced arrangements for a direct taxi at our request. Great experience staying outside Prague Centre. Hotel and appartement gave everything, you can expect in case of the amount. We had a wonderful time there supported by really nice and friendly people known as hotel staff. Best conditions to get into the centre in about 15 min. Tram-station in front of the hotel, metro station 5 min on foot. Price, food, staff & interior and location are realy excellent. It's easy to get to any point of the city. Tram 17 goes right from the hotel to the Charles Bridge (most visited place). Metro station (Kobylisy) is about 5-7 minutes of walking. Spotlessly clean, good value for money, charmingly decorated, comfortable and spacious 20 mins out of town so quiet. Three modes of transport at your front door. Two good affordable eateries in the same street. The staff was really helpful and nice. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and clean, and even have a kettle. Good public transport options (tram just outside the hotel, metro and bus a couple of blocks away). The staff was super friendly, the private parking came with a personal remote for the gate, and the exterior gardens were terrific. Also, the included breakfast was very nice, complete, and satisfying. Only shower (no bath), noise through open window (tram line). Location - Praha 8 is far from the center. But Praha is so small and metro station is so close, so for this money location is not bad. It's just 4 of 5. Nothing to dislike. It´s a little bit far from downtown Prague, takes around 20 minutes to get there by metro. Not a lot of restaurants or shops around. The decor is a bit aged, like something you'd see at your grandparents house. The breakfast was simple but convenient. The distance of hotel to city center and the airport was annoying, it caused that I miss my flight!.
