The staff were fantastic, spoke English and assisted in a friendly and professional manner. A huge and varied breakfast. There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs which was a great boost after our delayed flight. The staff are helpful and it is an easy walk to city from the hotel to take in the sights. We absolutely loved our weekend in Prague.

  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier.   We really loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful! Compared to other hotels in Europe, it was a great value! We paid for a room with a view and boy did we have a view. We were dead even with the clock tower! It was great!!! And we did NOT wake up at all through the night due to noise. The temp of the room was very comfortable.   We spent 3 days in Prague last weekend. Location was excellent, next to Old Town Sq.(magical at night, Christmas tree and market stalls) and Charles Bridge. Huge apartment. Great Kitchen had every modern gadget including coffee machine and microwave, although we didn't use much as we out touring Prague from 9-9pm. Tesco is - Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are very clean, spacious n they have everything you need (they even provided washing powder) I couldn't believe the standard of the place for the money we paid it was outstanding n the people who work there are lovely.   it was very nice place to stay.for Prague- exelent location 20min from residence-you are in the center, 3 tram stops - by the nice beer bar :) so, we are staying 3 night in the hotel- it was clean. the garbidge been was clearning every day. the breakfast, for our supprised, was fool-musli/sossidges/yogurt and more else - it was enough to say fool ... what people say » long time.,parking wasn't free-but if you do not afraid to wolk a little by the corner u can find place to park ;) And you can go in the hotel any tim - We got to the hotel around 23:30 and it was closed, but we phoned the number that was written on the door and someone came in 5 minutes and helped us around. Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.

  We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary.   Our apartment was excellent and we could not fault anything we had a balcony and loved sitting out at night watching people and traffic It was in an excellent location with supermarket nearby and walking distance to centre of tourist area.
