We spent 3 days in Prague last weekend. Location was excellent, next to Old Town Sq.(magical at night, Christmas tree and market stalls) and Charles Bridge. Huge apartment. Great Kitchen had every modern gadget including coffee machine and microwave, although we didn't use much as we out touring Prague from 9-9pm. Apartment had a hairdryer and washing machine(including powder).Apartment very warm and cosy. Had to turn down the heating( in December). Very close by to a Hard Rock cafe. Tesco is .
all reviews » Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are gorgeous and they are in an excellent location if you want to see the main sites like Charles Bridge, the Castle n the main square. The apartments are very clean, spacious n they have everything you need (they even provided washing powder) I couldn't believe the standard of the place for the money we paid it was outstanding n the people who work there are lovely. I would definit. Absolutely gorgeous apartment - large, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the most cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The apartment is perfectly situated too - right in the old town and a stone's throw from all the best places in Prague. Although the staff didn't speak brilliant English they were very polite and smiley and on hand all day and all night it seemed. You also get your own key to the front door - all is very safe and secure and you don't feel worried about leaving any personal . This apartment was fabulous, well maintained and in an excellent location next to the main square. Although the nice lady on reception didn't speak much english she had no problem phoning one of Prague Stay's team who did & our transport back to the airport was arranged very smoothly. It was very well maintained and we would all definately stay here again. Loved Prague & didn't want to leave :O). The apartment was spacious, warm and well equipped. We had a great guy (Tomas) who picked us up from the airport and who helped us find the place (would have been difficult without him) and with our bags. We had two young girls with us, and they loved every minute. So did we.... The apartment is in a great location in the old town area. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment which had lots of space and all the facilities we required, particularly the washing machine which is what we needed at that time. It could be difficult to find but if you get yourself to the old clock area & just ask the locals, they are all very helpful. U Kapra was fabulous! The apartments couldn't be closer to the Old Town Square - the place to be. Our apartment was really spacious and had a great view. It was very nicely decorated and had everything you could possibly need. I have already recommended it to someone and wouldn't hesitate to book it again should we revisit Prague. What a position! You cannot do better. Just around the corner - 10 steps from Old Town Square. Quiet apartment, spacious. Full satellite TV channels. We chose the sunlit superior apartment with air con, 1 bedroomed, comfortable sleeper couch, extra WC and basin, full kitchen, washing machine etc. Amazing apartment, it is stylish, large, clean and has everything you could possibly need for a mini break. The location is fantastic within walking distance of all attractions. I would recommend the apartments to anyone. Suitable for all ages and far more convenient for families than a hotel. Quite hard to find - the address is 14 but you have to go around the corner to Karlova 48 and look out for the little metal sign by the door. It's absolutely fine once you've found it once though but be warned that your taxi driver might be waiting around the corner to pick you up! Not a major problem but there were two single duvets on the double bed which we thought was a little odd! (Unless you don't like the person you're sharing the bed with!!). Bit noisy as we were in the centre of the city and lots of people enjoying themselves quite late into the night. You can hear a bit of noise from the street below but there is a city policy of no noise after 10.30pm in this area so it is not a problem at night. Due to the excellent location, we did experience some noise at night, but nothing that earplugs didn't sort!!. Nothing we didn't like. I guess it could be useful if the reception staff spoke English but they were still very helpful and didn't detract from our stay at all. It is quite dark as its on the ground floor and there aren't a lot of windows. The air was broken and nothing was done about it. The staff didn't know english. Some noise late at night from drunk revellers in the square but other street noise was minimal. The upstairs bed was broken and was not fixed even after I brought it up and they said they would fix it. Also the TV was not setup properly which should have been shown to us on arrival. Beds a little soft and hot water needed to be turned on when we arrived. It was naturally dark, but plenty of lighting. Nothing major, there were some plug sockets hanging off the wall in the upstairs bathroom which wasn't very safe with kids but that's about it. Bed was a little uncomfortable but a minor complaint really. No parking available. We found parking about a 10 minute walk away. There is no lift to the apartment. The staircase is very narrow. and the apartment is located at 2nd floor. There was NO ELEVATOR! Climbing 63 wooden stairs after a day of touring was no fun at all, neither was carrying our luggage to the apt or back down again. There were no plates in the apt either. Elevator only goes to the second floor, and the flat is on the third. I don't mind, but I wanted to go back there with friend who's disabled.. We won't be able to do so because of it.. Nothing apart from the stairs to the mezzanine floor - very steep. The TV was not working and could not find manual. I did not like the fact that we had to vacate the apartment by 10 am when in hotels you can leave by 12 pm. The towels were a bit old. Lack of elevators but you cant get those in old cities so it is okay. Individual covers detracted from our enjoyment of the large double bed. Apparently we were given the 'official address' at the time of booking. The apartment was actually in the street running behind. Very steep and slippery ladder to the second floor(( All furniture and equipment seemed to be very minimalistic and some of it quite old (and no dishwasher). The overall impression is OK but the only real excellent point about this apartment seems to be in its location. Well, reception have no english speaking people but they do call someone to talk to you when you have a question. Also no proper receipt for payment, just written down on your contract that you paid. trip didnt last long enough. Our water heater pilot kept going out leaving us with cold water. On arrival, the room smelt musty which was remedied by airing the room when we were in. The fact that check out was 10am with no opportunity for extending it even though our flight was at 8.40pm. Loft apartment not recommended for seniors (or people who drink a lot). Stayed in attic apartments, lots of steps(69 to be precise!) we did know about them but they are very steep and hard work when carrying your suitcase!. was a little hard to find is all. Hardly any hot water on 2 days and none at all on the third. No instructsions on how to use the cable TV. We completely lost the picture and could not recover it without assistance. No aircon for summer. Shower arrangement was poor with a 700mm step into bath and slippery base in the bath. Hand held shower head located at an ideal height for someone that is four feet tall. 100% payment seven months in advance with no cancellation options is a bit steep. It was a bit noisy at night as the windows did not seem to block out the sound very well. The smell of drain from one of the bathrooms. poor pillows shower built for small people, under 4 ft. need proper shower. High step into bath,unsafe needs handle or step. No instructions in English for washing machine, those that are there are for a different machine. Towel dryer in bathroom did not work. Poor bedding and poor towels.

You can check-in at the address stated in the description of the relevant apartment. A security deposit via credit card payment of EUR 770 is required upon arrival for incidentals and as a preauthorization of the credit card. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. In case you are arriving with children, please contact the property directly.
