My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The hotel is located near many of the sites in Prague that travelers
... what people say » would want to see, and also close to transit. - I stayed in hotels all around the world. The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

Hotel is very clean and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Almost luxury grade, but without the services, extra staff and attention to details ... if you don't care about such things it makes for good value. Parking is in an underground garage, and you drive into a big elevator to get there. Space is tight, so I would expect people with large cars would have trouble. We managed ok in an Audi A3. Hotel wifi had good coverage, decent speeds, and just used a simple password in

Superb atmosphere & exceptionally stylish interior design (some may
find a bit dark & gloomy, but it's entirely a matter of taste,
it completely fits the name and the oriental trend of the hotel + it
doesn't bother at all if u stay for a few days), all very new and
not shabby at all (was important for me), very comfortable beds and

Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.
