We've been in Kings Court for 5 nights, in the Junior Suite. Starting from the online booking process the staff had provided an outstanding customer support. As we came with a baby and a toddler, we had further requirements than the usual guests - and they were all fulfilled. Other than the welcoming and professional staff, location is amazing (look at Prague's map), breakfast was good and my 3 years old son had great time playing in the small swimming pool. My only problem is that I didn't hav.

The Kings Court Hotel is a very welcoming hotel in the centre of Prague. It was impeccably clean and the staff are committed to their guests from Reception to the Catering staff. Rooms are comforable and the Buffet Breakfast was excellent. The Fresh Honey Comb each morning was an novel treat. The hotel is accessable from the airport on the 119 bus to Dejvice , the tube to Mustek , an easy change for Namiska Republiky and emerge from the escalator at the door of the Hotel, for 1 euro 20 c, or 3. Excellent location for all the major city attractions. City tours also originate from the hotel. Excellent food and remarkable experience at the Brassiere restaurant - it was nice and warm on the street side seating when it was -0.4 c outside. Great breakfast spread too. Room was cozy and comfortable. A little small for my liking though and lacked any good view. We stayed on Level 4. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Pre check in emails, daily weather updates added a nice touch to the. We had a wonderful stay. The room was very large, clean, and full of comforts. Big tv, big bed, free tea. We also enjoyed the spa, reachable with a private elevator for hotel guests only. There was a small (but new and clean) fitness room for free. Moreover, the free wifi helped us keeping in touch with friends and checking weather conditions. On top of all, the breackfast buffet was the biggest we've ever seen! 5 stars!. Location is very good. New hotel so the rooms are well fitted out and of a high standard. Breakfast was included and both the breakfast and location for the breakfast was excellent. Wireless internet was FREE. When I complained about my room being next to work in the room next I was moved at once, even though the hotel was full. We stayed in Executive Suite and everything was as it should be. Recommend the anti stress massage, very good. Overall although we spent a bit more, it was definitely worth it and a great birthday treat. Location is perfect. This is a wonderful hotel right in the heart of the city it is only a short walk to the old town. Excellent staff. Alternative SPA service provided due to refurbishment works in the local one. The painting hanged on the 4/f lift lobby is very scary, with bloody face and horrible ghostly features. When we walked pass the painting, we had to look at other direction in order to avoid seeing it. We hope the hotel can change it. Nothing. Parking was too expensive but then it is a capital city. Bit busy at breakfast times. the spa is very small. the sweeming pool is like a bathtub - no more then 2 people inside. Nothing. Nothing. Only the news channels were English if you wanted to watch tv. We were given to understand that the use of the pool was included in the room rate. My husband used the pool on two occasions and was then charged 512 coruna. House keeping is cleaning the room quite late,or it was the case for us. A 7/F room was initially arranged which is on the penthouse floor with low ceiling, small windows. We asked for changing and got a 2/F room finally. Nothing to complain. My room was 301 which is next to the elevator,and ballroom. The noise from people out side was a bit loud. Hope to isolate the door in such location. The window was locked, we could't open it. The matrasses are too soft, also the pillows. Nothing. Complimentary bottles of water were not available in the room. Twice staff came into the room to deliver something. A bit of a suprise as we hadn't heard the knock. Missed an information counter. Nothing to dislike. Nothing. Parking is difficult, and valet parking is expensive. Better orientation about tricks on the city for example I loss 300 dollars when I change 1000 dollars on exchange ofice on the side of the hotel. A couple of the staff at reception and in the bar rather brusque and unhelpful. Nothing. Breakfast service area was a little cramped. Co-located with a casino with some noise, dead-end street beside the hotel was hard to get in and out of with a hired car, some WiFi challenges getting connected. But, overall, very positive. Valet Parking Charge high. The climatisation of the room even if it is turned off still keeps blowing cold air in the room. Some details of the room (lights switch of the room, sink drain) were not working and at least the people cleaning the room should warn the technicians. Restaurant food only average Executive lounge crowded. Room size even for executive room too small for 5 star hotel. The only negative was when we arrived we were told the spa was not included in our booking,this surprised me as I was not asked to include the use of the spa when I was booking and most hotels offer the use of a pool ans steam and sauna to guests and then you purchase spa treatments. It did not spoil our stay as we did not have time to use the facility but I think this is something they should make a little cleared in the booking process.
