  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

  The hotel was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Any assistance we required ie location of trips etc, the staff were able to provide this information.The location was so central, you are 5 minute walk from Charles Bridge and Old Town.
