  We were given a huge room, more like a suite. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Very pleasant, professional, helpful staff. Liked the location very close to Wenceslas square. We were also given a free book of things to see and do in Prague in either 3 hours or 3 days which came in very handy. The rooms were fairly basic but exceptionally clean and comfortable.Breakfast was very nice and kept us going until our evening meal. There was lots of choice and a nice dining area.

The mini suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars & excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. We could also use all the facilities in the 5 star intercontinental hotel next to us. We stayed 5 nights but didn't book breakfast. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.
