  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier.   Everything was great... the hotel...the staff...the facilities....it has a payed parking but only for a few cars and its pretty expensive.... the room was great ...clean....big bathroom....big room...much light... very close to city center .... has a wellness facility available .....masseur(and its pretty cheap and very good) What can i say...i rec... what people say » comend it warmly and if i visit prague for the future will definitely go to the same hotel :) - The staff was very professional and were instantly able to help or answer questions. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning was fabulous. The bathroom had a bathtub and was perfectly clean!

  The hotel is out of "old Prague" but only 15 - 20 minutes walk from Charles Bridge; which is why it is pretty good value. The rooms appeared quite new & most renovations of the building are done - except the courtyard. They now have a buffet breakfast which was very good in the downstairs restaurant. We were traveling by - Owner's niece, the receptionist who works on weekends, is EXCELLENT and VERY helpful. She treated all my family's issues with great care and diligence and in a prompt manner. Hotel, even though under construction/renovation on street level for 2 more months, was a great place to stay (close by city and Charles bridge (2 tram stops away)) and had a wonderful restaurant in Rathskeller downstairs. Food was great and reasonably priced, even a nice breakfast included. A real bargain in Prague (A
