The apartment was very large; a lot larger than we had expected. The personnel was nice, honest and helpful. They recommended some nice restaurants to us. The hotel was located in an excellent area; close to everything but yet not in an extremely loud neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel to future visitors. Fantastic family appartment. Huge space with the best views from the dining room window, was like being in a fairy tale. Breakfast was great and in a fantastic location and the breakfast staff were very lovely. Perfect walking distance to everything, Castle, theatre, restaurants, shopping.

We couldn't change the temperature of the heater ourselves. The rooms were very hot at times (we visited in February) and it caused the air to be a little dry. It was easily solved by opening the window for half an hour though. Reception staff were not very pleasant. Lobby is in another building. Matraces are pretty old. Hotel is close to metro but hard to get on the stony roads with suitcase on wheels. Parking was a bit of hazzle and expensive as well (25 euro's per day) and you had to give up your key. Room lacked air condition. You have to pay extra for breakfast (8 euro's), but there was no info about how much this was for children. It proved to be half prize. The reception is not at the same building of the room, so it was a little bit difficult to find it for the first time. Noise from the street late at night. There is a pub across the road not too bad in off season. Nothing. Our room was located in front of Club. It was noisy but we didn't care. Wifi was little bit week. No fire exit signs, fire extinguishers or second escape stairs route in old wooden building. Exit through courtyard locked at night but you need a key to get out to street. No air conditioning and if windows are open the bars are rowdy to around 4 am. although you get a Nespresso machine in the room, you still have to pay 1 EUR for each tab of coffee. The instant one is for free. Lavatory separated from bathroom. Only one bath and toilet in our apartment was inadequate for 5 guests. Very strange appartment. We booked for 4 persons. When you come in you find bedroom first!!! and then another bedroom with sofa. There is no kitchen((( There is no air conditioner(( And awful smell in bathroom((. If you want to sleep, bring ear plugs. Our suite was located between duelling Russian and Irish Bars. Prague was experiencing warming weather and our room was way too warm. Staff were cold and aloof. Great location if you're not worried about rest and relaxation.
