The room was excellent: clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was good. The location is perfect, very close to the Old Town Square but not noisy. We were upgraded to the Metamorphis Excellant at no extra cost and were given a suite. The room seemed newly decorated was very spacious and extremely clean.The room was beautiful and clean every day. Many thanks to the personwho cleaned our room,because when you walk 7 hours per day you need aclean room.

Location, availability,. The air conditioning struggled to keep the the room cool even though the outside temperatures were not that high. There was no lift in the building we were in so the second floor room would not do for anyone with impaired mobility. Repainting some rooms to the back of the hotel , I saw it by luckbecause a couple of mine was living there.Splendid hotel. The only problem is the lack of lift (because of its old construction). If you are not in an excellent shape, avoid upper levels. WiFi was a little weak in room, but on terrace it was fine. more choice in breakfast buffet. No lift (elevator) for our elderly friend.No - it was very good indeed. The hotel was extremely difficult to find, we were driving into Prahaourselves. We hit rain on the way in and were delayed, but when we triedto call the hotel for location assistance, there is no one to speak withafter 6:00 P.M. and of course because we did not find them at all thefirst night, we not only had to pay for a room at another hotel but wealso had to pay for the unused night.Front desk staff during the week was very helpful, but the weekend staffwas snobby and couldn't even answer any questions about the airportshuttle they advertise. This did not apply to me but i did realise that anyone with a disability would find it hard to get to the basement where breakfast was served. It was down steep stairs.Would have liked bathrobes to be available also missed having lobby to sit and have drink to mix with other guests in the evening. Were not allowed to rent room for further hours on day of departure. No bathroom lock. We were not told that the 15% guest discount if you dine in the restaurant did not apply to the open air restaurant - it only applied to the restaurant downstairs. We chose to eat there because of this only to find our 15% discount did not apply as we ate outside. £rd floor room, no lift - but worth the effort for the rooftop view.
