We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

Clean and fresh, good and prompt service - The most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in. Stayed in HoneymoonSuite and had our own Jacuzzi and whirlpool bath. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.
