  It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. We used all the facilities, especially the fitness center. We also requested a late check-out which they accommodated. - The hotel staff was so helpful and obliging. We had a p... what people say » roblem with the fridge in our room and within 5 minutes a new fridge was being put in! Also the service in the restaurant and bar was impeccable. I cant fault anything about this hotel.

  The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . The restaurant was high quality. - Very competent and helpful English speaking staff at the reception desk (especially Lenka).Very good waiters in a hotel restaurant and very tasty food served there..

  Location, Location, Location ! The Emblem is one block off of Old Town Square. It is a short walk to almost every sight a tourist would want to see except the Palace, which is a short ride on the #22 train. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated.
