Location, Location, Location ! The Emblem is one block off of Old Town Square. It is a short walk to almost every sight a tourist would want to see except the Palace, which is a short ride on the #22 train. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated. The rooms are typical European smaller sized rooms, but well appointed and efficient. The bathroom is small but sleek. The restaurant, George Prime Steak, was terrific. Although the food and service was excellent, the best part of the whole experie.

Hotel Location: One of the best, only one minute walking distance to the center of old city. Also one minute walking distance to Metro Station. Although the checking in and check out process was a little slow, it is an unique. There is not a formal reception desk, but rather an informal living room atmosphere where you sit with staff and check in using an ipad. I am sure it will improve with time and experience !!. Room Size and Breakfast Variety. The breakfast is good but the choice could be richer. Everything they have is tasteful but the variety is not overwhelming. Just a little bit confussion and wait at the reception for check in and the pay process. It is easy to improve because they are just starting. Just one thing - the ventilation did not work in our bathroom and it got foggy really quick. not very large rooms, only one chair for a relaxing break - the second person to be placed on the bed. Deposit system is not too comfortable. It was a new hotel, literally opened a day before I checked in and not everything was up and running yet. As with all new businesses, there are a few kinks they need to iron out which I have no doubt will be done. Nothing at all!. Wifi in the room was a bit weak at times. There was nothing we didn't like. Got ripped off by the booked taxi driver going from the hotel to the airport - not even a receipt !. Only the check out was full of mistakes in the receipt. poor breakfast, extra charge for espresso. breakfast service need some adjustments. Breakfast was a bit boring and rooms was a bit small. As its new there were a few little kinks that I'm sure will be sorted out (Internet was dropping out a lot) and the staff were a little rude/abrupt which for a hotel like this I think is unacceptable. Public areas are small and limited in extent,. Nothing. Very modest breakfast. Poor WiFi connection in the room, not quite acceptable for a 5 stars hotel. We stayed there just shortly after the hotel has been open (one week). However, the staff was really immature, check-in/out quite long, too many unnecessary questions and so on. Another thing is the noise from the street while the window is open (of course you need fresh air). Let's hope for improvement in time. Poor breakfast, poor food quality. During my stay i was forced to move to another room as it was a big leakage from the ceiling, no appropriate appologize from the hotel. In general, this is nice hotel,but not 5 star quality, do not worth money I spent. Staff was nice but not always professional.
