  The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution. They also let us keep ourparking and put our luggage in the baggage room after check out so wehad additional time in wonderful Karlovy Vary.

  Wow, what a great place and location! My wife and I started our 18 day trip staying at this hotel for 4 wonderful nights. We included daily breakfast ( it was the best of our trip) and had massages as well. The suite we upgraded too was the most luxurious and elegant of our stay. The location is the best and walking distance the easiest to everyt... what people say » hing you want. The staff will go way above the call of duty to make your stay great! Would stay here next time and would be very disappointed if we co - Lovely experience from start to finish. Warm, caring staff who made us feel valued guests.   The location is excellent right in the center of the town, very close to Hot springs, wonderful location. The room was clean, bright, comfortable and big enough with small refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities, with spacious updated bathroom (no hair drier but as far as I know you can ask for one). There is no reception at all; everything ... what people say » is running from the restaurant, for me it wasn’t issue, because everyone was extremely nice and helpful, especially Kraus junior, the owner's son! Ado - Location: Unbeatable, in the very middle of the most attractive part of Karlovy Vary, right across the street from Vridlo, steps from the main Colonnade (Mill Colonnade), less than 30m from Zamecke Lazne and from the Market Colonnade. Right under the Deer Jump. Staff: Excellent, always friendly, very helpful. Parking: Right on the roof of the hotel. Value for money
