I stayed for only one night and the service I received from the reception staff was far better than I ever expected. It was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. The view from the balcony; absolutely breathtaking. Great location!. Good location, clean, rooms are comfortable. Hotel staff, room size. the location. As well as the spa waters, Karlovy Vary is also famous for some of the products manufactured here, such as Moser crystal glasses, Thun porcelain, Becherovka liqueur and Mattoni mineral water.

The town also has a thriving art scene with a wide choice of cultural and artistic activities available in the town. Karlovy Vary also hosts many famous music and film festivals and all of these can be enjoyed with the hotel as a relaxing, comfortable base.

Travelling information

Arrival by car from Prague:
- After the golf resort turn left towards the village of Hůrky and the Grandhotel Pupp.
- Go down Pražská into the valley.
- At the crossing at the bottom of the hill turn left. You will go round some sharp bends.
- After crossing a bridge turn right into Mariánskolázeňská.
- When you come to the theatre square you will see the hotel on the side of the street by the river.

Arrival by public transportation:
Nearest train station: "Horni nádrazi" - 1 km away from the hotel.
Nearest bus stop: Bus number 2 - app. 50 meters away from the hotel.
