Great room in a perfect location. Very close to everything you need in Zadar. We especially liked the apartment/suite kitchenette and proximity to the fresh market, which helped us enjoy fresh figs and grapes, homemade olive oil and great Pag cheese for very little money. Accommodation was as we expected it to be from description and reviews. Perfectly fit for purpose. No problems about checking in early. Plenty of off street parking. Helpful owner. As previous reviewers have said, the walk into town was a very pleasant 20 minute stroll. Lots of restaurants on the same street as the apartments within 10 minutes walk. About double that to get the sea view whilst eating.

Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination

We were welcomed warmly by Vesna and Tina and altough we arrived really early, well accomodated until our room was ready.We had the two bed with private pool, which for us was well worth the extra money. Beautiful room with lovely stone walls, with simple, classy décor, very spacious. Perfect location in the Old Town, right near to all the pavement cafes - a perfect location for a late evening flight arrival and being able to go straight out to eat. We had such a great experience in Villa Zaratina. The host, Maria, was
really kind, helpful, and accomodating. Maria arranged transportation
