Great room in a perfect location. Very close to everything you need in Zadar. We especially liked the apartment/suite kitchenette and proximity to the fresh market, which helped us enjoy fresh figs and grapes, homemade olive oil and great Pag cheese for very little money. Just find a good bottle of wine and enjoy the sunsets and views. Overall,

I stayed here 4 nights with my elderly mother. We had a very relaxing time. It is a lovely location at the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Accommodation was as we expected it to be from description and reviews. Perfectly fit for purpose. No problems about checking in early. Plenty of off street parking. Helpful owner. As previous reviewers have said, the walk into town was a very pleasant 20 minute stroll. Lots of restaurants on the same street as the apartments within 10 minutes walk. About double that to get the sea view whilst eating.

Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! Would definitely recommend.

This was our second visit and we will definitely visit again. We really liked the beautiful artwork and details throughout the hotel. Each room was immaculate and individually decorated. Our stay at Apartments Petra was wonderful. The hostess, Ileana, is so welcoming and gives great travel/sightseeing ideas. We were welcomed with lemoncello and enjoyed delicious cherry brandy (homemade!) the next day. We enjoyed an outdoor barbeque on her beautiful outdoor patio, and she spent time to help us get the fire started and everything

We had the perfect hostess--extremely friendly, knowledgable and
helpful. She welcomed us to Zadar with some homemade cherry brandy and

recommendations (which were excellent). Location is within 5 minutes
driving from old town Zadar. Be aware, though, that gps will not find
the location for you so it's a good idea to look up on Google maps

Dijana nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé sur quoi faire sur Zadar et ses alentours.
L'appartement est superbe, très propre. Les commerces sont à proximité ainsi que la plage (5mns) et le centre et la vieille ville sont accessibles très facilement en bus.

The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination

The room was very spacious, modern, nice decor, well laid out - and spotless. Very comfortable bed, lovely cotton bedlinen. Despite being in the centre of the old town, the double glazing prevented any noise disturbance. Great shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Vanilla.
Our room was clean & had everything we needed, and there is a big supermarket & smaller shop close by for stocking up on food.
The swimming pool was lovely for cooling off from the very hot sunshine, and the sun loungers around it are perfect for relaxing.

first impressions as we arrived in the blazing sunshine was this Villa was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed warmly by Vesna and Tina and altough we arrived really early, well accomodated until our room was ready.We had the two bed with private pool, which for us was well worth the extra money. Peaceful and elegant. The shower was great and powerful. A very cheap taxi ride from the Old Town, about £5. Beautiful room with lovely stone walls, with simple, classy décor, very spacious. Perfect location in the Old Town, right near to all the pavement cafes - a perfect location for a late evening flight arrival and being able to go straight out to eat. Being able to explore the whole of Old Town easily from here on foot was wonderful.
