  What a great little find! The rooms had everything you could ask for - kitchen, TV, outside area, air con and even a washing machine! The apartment was small but really had everything you need and was very homeley. The location was great about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Split. Near to the steps up to Marjan hill for a bit of countryside esc... what people say » ape. Great hosts, really friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended. - The owner and his family are very nice. The apartment was nicely furnished (stereo, DVD player, DVD's, knick-knacks from around the world). The owner left 2 beers, a bottle of orange juice, and a bottle of water in the refigerator and informed me that they were for me- I thought this was a nice touch. I had problems finding the apartment, and the owner came to meet me. The location is good- about a 7-10 minute walk to the old city section (Diocletian's Palace) of Split.

  Location, very close to the beach, center and port. Also close to a super market. - Compact apartment, clean and close to old town and the beach. There was a good supermarket nearby and no noisy late night bars to contend with. The owner was very helpful and allowed us to stay until we needed to go for our flight. He provided wine for us to drink... what people say » whilst we were there and even tried to give us a bottle to bring home which we had to decline due to luggage restriction.

  Greet location. Right next to the station. Go onto the platforms and you'll see the apartments over the other side of the station. You can walk across the platforms to gain access. The apparents look very new. The one we stayed in (no 9) was a twin bedded. But truthfully was only big enough for a single. It was very small. Bathroom well appointed ... what people say » and new. Very clean. All in all. An inexpensive place to stay right next to the railway. - We booked an airport transfer and Simoni picked us up from the airport. He was very nice and gave us some suggestions for eating and sightseeing in Split. Rooms are clean. We told Simoni we were on our honeymoon and he gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and a bigger room than we originally had. We left to Hvar for the night and we left our luggage which was locked in a room near the reception.

This was a budget friendly apartment in an excellent location right near the old town of split and one minutes walk from local shops and restuarants and about 15 from the ferry and bus stops. The air conditioning was the best we had in Croatia. Our apartment had a great balcony for sitting out on. Great value city centre apartment which had everything we needed. My wife needed a hair dryer and the owner arrived with one within mimutes. Also arrived with beach towels when we asked if we could borrow some.

  Tonci, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is large with plenty of storage space. There is a separate bedroom and a combined setting room and kitchen. Our booking included breakfast and we were delivered our order when we requested it, with a range of delicious Croatian breakfast foods.   The people that work at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided all sorts of information about getting around town and over to the islands nearby. They provided extra pillows and blankets when we asked, and they fixed our heater as soon as we indicated a problem.   Nice, modern and clean apartment close to the haven. Good service. We were contacted a few days before tve arrival and they arranges a taxi picup at the airport. we were met by one from the staff where the taxi stoped and shown the way. The apartment was in the old part of Split with the old city charm.   We had a great time at the apartman Stonne wall. Ante met us at the port and took us to the apartment which was spotlessly clean and well presented. It was in a great location only 5 minutes from the palace, beach and port. It was all pedestrian so really quiet and the bed was very comfy so we slept really well. Ante gave us lots of info about Spl... what people say » it and nice restaurants to try.As an added bonus Ante offered us a lift to the airport for our return flight which made things easier. All in all we h - It is very well situated: near the ferry and the bus station. Connections or day trips are easy and you are saving time. The sandy beach is very close as well as the grocery or the market to buy fresh local products. Travel books and maps were available in the appartment. The travel agency suggested for the waterfall park is the most convenient in Split and the cheapest. Nice follow up buy the owner buy email confirming the arrival time. Nice service.and english speaking.
