The apartment was the home of the renter and is beautifully decorated and furnished. It's not that easy to find in the city so she gave us clear driving instructions and met us outside the flat. She also provided a generous welcome pack of drinks/ teas/ coffees etc which was appreciated.

Walk to the old town was just the right distance - took 10-15 mins to walk off the dinners! -
We were staying in spacious, clean and new but still cheap 1 bedroom apartment. Old city is really close (10mins walking) but you are still far enough from the city so it's really quiet and peaceful at night. Staff was really welcoming and helpful, lady picked us up from the bus station for free, explained how to get everywhere we wanted, basically she helped us all the time and recommend how to use our time the best.

Excellent location - right on the beach. Quite and relaxing atmosphere. Spotless studio with new furniture and all necessary equipment. Parking place is provided in front of the house. Owner is very friendly and helpful. There are supermarket, cafes, beach bar and restaurants in radius of 100m. Center of Zadar is only 10 min away by bus. Nice sand

Great location just a few meters from the beach. Room was comfy and the area very calm. Lovely old lady running the show when I was there - the mother of the owner I think. She didn't speak English but that wasn't really a problem. Coffee and a shot of slivo on the house upon arrival. What else can you ask for? Great overall value.

Traveling is about people. And this is what you'll find here. Friendly people who will greet you like an old friend. The clean room, nice little kitchen or large bathroom didn't even matter for me anymore. Take the distance to the old town as a nice walking tour in an area which is not tourist, an area just for you where you can observe the real life of Zadar.
