Beautiful apartment, fitted out to a very high standard and with a very large balcony. Pebble beach with very clear sea is at the end of the driveway. Hosts were lovely and very friendly - they even held a barbecue evening for all their guests free of charge and made vegetarian food especially for us. -

Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Towels are changed regularly, more or less on a daily basis and they even provided us with champagne glasses for our sparkling wine when they noticed the plastic glasses we were using! We had pleasure to stay in the in the brand new, the best located and
the most luxury apartment in the area. Stunning views from every single
window guaranteed! The owners are pretty nice and helpful on every
single step. We stayed there the last day of our holiday and we had some
concerns if we would back to Croatia in the future... But that day
turned round everything and definitely changed our mind - we would love

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

Well sized and equiped appartment with a huge balcony and a good view to the sea.
Owner is friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Apprtment is a few minutes walk to the sea and not much further into the town and the ferry port for day trips to the local islands.
Off road parking for 4 cars.

It was perfect. The owner is so friendly and caring. He speaks Croatian, Italian, German and many more languages fluently. The apartments are very comfortable and clean. It's very close to the beach and also there are many beaches that you can reach by car in at most 5 minutes. All in all, great host, great location, great apartment.

The owner of the property (Elice) is a lovely lady and very helpful and genuine. The house is absolutely beautiful and far enough out of Zadar to avoid noise and crowds but you would need to have a car really for this place. The top floor (family suite) ensures you have plenty of privacy if you need it and you never feel like you are intruding on her home.
