Lovely with lots of water play equipment for children to use if needed. Bus stop a few mins walk away. Zadar is a lovely town, we... what people say » enjoyed walking round the town at night. Hosts will arrange taxis at much cheaper rate than other local taxis. We really enjoyed our stay here. - On our arrival we were greeted by the host who was very friendly and informative. As we arrived a bit late she advised of a restaurant near by that we could have a meal from, which was fair priced and average. The rooms are clean and simple, there is a bakery just next door which sells nice pastries. There is enough room for parking and a garden with a pool which is heated. Overall, a nice clean place to stay with a friendly and helpful host.

  The staff was really extremelly nice, everyone. It was clean and the food was good. The hotel is located on a perfect location and, with its location, provides something for everyone - family seeking animation for kids and some off-time for parents, young couple preferring privacy over crowded beach ...   At least in the off-season, this place is great value. The flat is convenient, in a great setting, offering a fantastic view from the balcony. The sauna/spa costs extra, but is nice. The location is great, at least if you have a car: Zadar and two beautiful national parks are prety close. Novigrad town center is in easy walking distance (2 min) an... what people say » d very charming, but offers hardly any infrastructure, except for a bakery + a bar. - The village was stunning and the hotel is in perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the evening where we tasted the best octopus salad, overall the food was fantastic. Our room was 31 and the balcony had 2 small bird's nests which made it even more special. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back.
