Short bus ride from Pula which is also nice with island boat trips & a roman arena, etc. Owner met me from airport & showed me round Pula. On arrival fed by Mama's home made pancakes soaked in local liqueur ! The whole area is clean, good food & wine &

  Modern design, a beautiful view of the sea, and an amazing breakfast make this chic hotel stand out as the #1 in Pula. It only had 10 rooms so our every need was catered to and the staff was so lovely! - We got a room with a sea view. Fantastic room. We both said wow when we opened the door.   Very nice people, but limit English, and my non-existent Croatian or German was annoying, though the place and people were perfectly nice and helpful as can be. The owners soon speaks fine English, and his father, with whom I dealt more w a good ho.

  We were the very first guests and everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from Portarata (the golden gate), but there's absolutely no noise to be heard, even though lively cafes are just around the corner. The hosts were friendly and obliging and helped us on several occasions (finding a parking spot, recommendations etc.) We were - Close proximity to transport links, endless places to eat and drink to suit all budgets. Facilities were good, had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, air con. Landlord sorted out a problem with the drain in the first apt, moved us to another, no fuss. Helped with free parking nearby.

The place is run by most friendly and kind people. Thanks to them you don't want to leave. There are also some other reasons like close proximity to the nice beach, marina, 3 good restaurants (the best is the one in the marina - recommended by the owners of the hotel), and a small pool - perfect for kids (100cm deep).
