  Very nice hotel. I give it 5 stars all around. It seems like one of the more "Chinese" hotels because some of the staff didnt speak much english. There were more locals staying there too. Needless to say I never had a problem communicating what I needed. Great for business travelers. There is a desk in the room with all the supplies you would need... what people say » . Ask for a room upgrade on a high floor. You might get lucky like I did. - As an English speaking traveller, with no Chinese, I found that I was well catered for. They had a Russian girl Julia and a young Frenchman Alex to look after the foreign visitors. Both were very helpful and had good English skills amongst other languages. Location was excellent for railways and shopping

  Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. My room was big and clean,the bed is very comfortable.The staff are polite and helpful. I f I have to come to Shenzhen I will not hesitate to come back in Kaili. . - The staff are English speaking and go out of their way to be helpful, the rooms are well appointed and have all facilities. There is a PC in every room which I found particularly useful. when I went away for a weekend to Beijing they were flexible enough to accommodate me. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit

They even allowed me to stay in my room late the day I checked out because my flight was in the afternoon Really nice hotel and great feel. - Beautifully decorated big room.   The Staff were great and the Hotel is a true 5 Star Hotel. I Found the hotel to be very clean and enjoyed my stay there. This is a very, very good hotel. The staff were also very accommodating in allowing me a very late check out so that i could attend to my business meeting. i would most definitely highly recommend this hotel - Glad I upgraded t... what people say » o executive room.
