It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean. Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay. Has a really good location, just a few mins from the Bund. It was very close to the sites easy to get to and from. It was clean and quiet. It had a washing machine which made life much easier than expected. I would stay there again.

Staff were friendly, accommodating to our early morning flight which was delayed further. Very polite and helpful. - Perfect view over Shanghai - near center oriented - more like an appartement than like a hotel room. The location and surrounding, the outlook through the window, the comfort of the apartment. Staffs very helpful. Friendly service but having difficulty communicating due to language barriers. Friendly staff. Stunning view from our apartment on 18th floor. Walking distance to The Bund. About 15min walking distance to closest metro station. Washing machine facilities. Nice view over the city but not the Bund. It is an excellent location close the Bund and with a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. The location is good. The rooms are spacious. Close to the Bund. Their shower, although wasn't old, was interestingly illogical and hard to use. Also the upper bed (which had an incredible view by the way) was too close to air conditioning which made it tiring to sleep there. As there is no front desk and no interactions with any staff after day one, you do feel a bit like you are all on your own. It would have been nice to have an English speaking staff member to ask questions- such as how to get places and where could we find a grocery store. If you don't speak Chinese is very hard to find because the entrance was from another hotel (but I think it was only because they were working on the structure) and the reception is in one ap. On the 12th floor...in the apartment there were kitchen, washing machine, fridge, but no drinking water... - Bit difficult to find (reception is somewhere in the tower, but noted in the description). heating was not effective, when heating came from the AC, it was too hot up in the bed and despite cool downstairs. Facilities not up to my expectation based on experiences in other places booked thru letsbookhotel.com. If you are not willing to share the apartment with a bunch of cockroaches, AVOID AT ANY COST. Run down apartments in serious need of renovation and refurbishment. No contact with staff once checked in. Apartments stank. Showers did not work properly, washing machine did not spin the clothes. Filthy apartments including entrance, hallways and lobbies. Inappropriately dressed women outside the apartment building at night. Would not recommend and sure you could find something more appropriate for the same price!. Cleaning was poor, needed to ask for changing of bed sheets. The standard of the apartment was lower than expected, old furniture, sometimes bad smell, dirty corridors. So need maintenance. Difficult to find, access below par, no support staff, not good value for money. Looked like some one was murdered there, judging from the stain in the corner. It was terrible dirty.
