  Nathan at reception dealt with our check in efficiently and a couteous manner. He arranged for us to keep our club room for the 3 nights hotel beds had booked. Nice lad. Thank him. - Everything was good, this is my 3rd stay, and will stay there again, when I have an extended stay in Beijing. I did notice a bit of a change in the breakfast though,

  Very nice hotel with friendly staff and not at all bad location. Very rewarding to live in a "hutong" area and the rooms were clean, cosy and very spatious. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends. - Very nice hotel, good location very close to metro station, helpfull staff speak english, nice rooms in traditional style.   I absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff made me feel so welcome.They made me feel like family. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is about a 4 minute walk from the Drum and Bell Tower. Ho Hai Park and Behai Park are also pretty close by. It is situated in surrounded by restaurants, hutongs and lots of sights! I woul... what people say » d stay here again, and recommend it to others. - Wow...both my husband and I stated, at different times, that the Beijingwas quite possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Period. Theservice was amazing, the ammenities were phenomenal, there is absolutelynothing we could have wanted that we didn't already have during ourstay. Will definitely recommend to friends and will definitely bestaying at again. Cheers to the wonderful staff!
