  Amazing hotel. Well designed. Very friendly stuff Check in . Out . Very smooth Pools are nice Breakfast is good I found nothing wrong in this hotel. much better than other 5* hotels. Recommended definitely - Very new hotel with lots of nice features and the bed was really nice. Night time was really quiet.

  An amazing find for a first time traveller to Shanghai. Adjacent to the new international expo complex...over the road from Century Park...staff are helpful...some more than others depending on their grasp of basic English While the Pudong area is just one small area of the huge city..the hotel's proximity to the subway line 2 makes it a winner lo... what people say » cation. Stick to using the Maglev train between the hotel & the airport...the subway line 2 train takes some time to reach the airport...whereas t - This is my first trip to Shanghai. Hotel is in a great location, next to the subway station - making it easy to explore the rest of the city. You don't need to stay on or near Nanjing Road to make your Shanghai experience great. I was especially impressed by the staff, specifically Paul, at the front desk. I saw him taking "ownership" of a problem with another guest and solved it with a smile. He is a professional and a great asset to Dorsett.

  I really liked the room. It was a futuristic experience. And the assortment in the fridge and bar. Location was ok. - Good and big rooms, very good breakfast and great guys at reception, they always tried to help me! Thanks a lot!!)

  Everything is good in this 4 star hotel but I give it 5 star, in my opinion nothing bad in this beautiful hotel - The Staff were very efficient and attended my needs. The room was spacious. The lifts were not slow.

  I think I will like to stay this hotel again its absolutely great the rooms is so comfortable staff friendly and the breakfast is great too.   Two of the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. I truly appreciate their helpfulness. The room was very spacious despite the furnishigs were basic. The location is excellent and close to many shops. Very easy to find restaurant and taxi outside the hotel. - Staff Freindly.
