Really like the place, real Beijing feel. -
By its very nature I was immersed in the Hutong and saw how those people live on a daily basis.
For one week I got to feel like a real Beijinger living in the Hutong (albeit a fancy Hutong) and see the culture in a way that is impossible for a tour group staying in a fancy hotel.

Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. - The staff women were amazing. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Tienanmen Square, in a very colourful area with plenty of restaurants and shops.
The room was simple but clean, the towels were changed every day.
The hotel has also a very cosy bar/restaurant area, mainly used for breakfast, and one or two computers are available if you need to use the internet.
Most of the staff speak English and they are happy to give you advice on the best ways to get to places.

We arrived in Beijing at 1am in the morning but due to difficulties with
the taxi driver finding the street this hotel was on we didn't
actually check in until 2.30am. The neon/lighted sign outside the
hotel does not read "Beijing Jinxiu Courtyard Hotel" in the
english written section however the chinese section does have that name
