  The rooms were clean, big, and the beds were fairly soft for Chinese mattresses. Rooms had kitchens and big bathrooms. Front desk was very helpful and helped us flag taxis to the train station (no small feat considering we had 7 people and lots of luggage). We wanted to get there in only 2 taxis so they helped us reserve bigger taxis than normal. ... what people say » - English speaking and friendly staff. Neat rooms. Excellent help to get a taxi. Restaurants next to it. Cleanness was better that other high starred hotel else I have seen in Shanghai, my compliments to to the staff.
