  The customer service excellent!! They always help you what you ask for and very polite and friendly. Large room comfortable bed have washing machine in room and can do some wash up by myself.   I love the rooms! I stayed in Deluxe room in West Wing and I simply adored the wardrobe which can be opened both ways from the room and bathroom. The concierge, especially Xiao Wang, is especially helpful.
