The location is close enough to everything, but not downtown. It is more relaxed than the bigger hotels. The beds are comfortable, and the shower was nice. It was quiet as well. I appreciate the fridge and microwave as well. The location; the fact that breakfast is included; the free parking; the cleanliness; the fact that I not paying for a pool that I never use. Close enough to downtown for business purposes; quieter than staying downtown.

I liked the staff, the fridge in the room, the flat screen tv, the ease with which the door opened. Also it was on a good bus route. excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room, courteous and friendly staff, good location. Balcony would be great in the summer. The fridge and the small coffee maker. The friendly staff at the desk, in the restaurant, and the maid service people. Everything. Friendly staff, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and the free breakfast was the cherry on an excellent cake. The room was comfortable. The location was great for my needs. The price was reasonable for the Canadian market. ive stayed before the staff are always great, and I find everything you came to the city for is right there. The front desk staff were lovely, enthusiastic, and friendly!! Excellent value for your money!. Everything there and the well mannered staff members. Great place,will come back soon. the hostess "Sparky" was so friendly and efficient - made our meals pleasant. Breakfast, price, location close to Assiniboine park. Lot of parking. a very nice place. it is clean and the hotel close to everything. Close to airport. Stayed overnight after driving from Brandon. The room was pleasant and the staff was incredible!. Even with confirmation of a ground floor room as we were travelling on a motorcycle they said that wasn;t what was booked. We had to pay an additional 10.00 to get a ground floor room. The cable didn;t work and I was told to stand on a chair to fix it and when it still didn't work they said they would send the manager. We waited quite awhile and were finally able to fix it and called the desk to let them know and yet the manager showed up about an hour later to check the problem. The price was great and it as a clean and quiet room. I would def. stay again!. Fridge in room. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was awesome. the staff was superb. Heat lamps in the bathroom were unique. I could keep an eye on my car from my window. Overall friendly personality at the front desk. The staff were excellent in the front end and in the Restaurant. We had to put a huge deposit down on a room that was horrid. It wasn't even in the same building as the supposed hotel. It was more like The Bates motel. There was construction in the parking lot out front and several parties going on throughout the building. While we were SLEEPING we get security and front desk calling with noise complaints! Judging by the noise in the place the only room not partying got told to be quiet. The front desk was . I am sorry to report that I do not have anything nice to say about the Inn. breakfast service. not much. I have stayed there twice, and both times there was no tea bags in the room, only coffee, which I don't drink. nothing. Nothing. heating system a bit tricky to regulate. room was quite warm but we regulated the heat by opening a window and it was quite comfortable. Would have liked to have been able to do laundry there rather than go out. Nothing; I loved it. The cable service was down so no tv watching. when we were in the room there were only about five channels no t.v. Which with two young kids was hard to entertain. We needed extra pillows. Nothing. the smoke free room we requested smelled like smoke there was a huge amount of snow but there wasn't even an attempt at cleaning the snow to get into the building. Neighborhood - cold beer store nearby with strange ppl at the night.. Initial appearance was not inviting, but better than expected inside. Complimentary breakfast had only 2 options but it was ok, just something I wasn't used to. Also had very loud neighborhoods but it was the weekend so the probably left the club and was noisy from that. The hotel is pretty decent honestly. The doors slammed very loud - please put bumpers on them - cheap and easy fix... all ok. Street noise. noise on a couple of nights. For thé breakfast it was Only at 8h00 am. It was too late for us. So we did not havé any breakfast and it was included. The building and area looked really run-down. The room had a smokey smell to it. I was next to the second floor main door and it was banging most of the night, into the early morning; very disturbing when trying to get a peaceful sleep. the inn is under reservation. if I had known that I would have never stayed there. Plus, the inn is under the planes take-off, starting at 3:30am. The jack-hammers started at 7:30am. I need a vacation after this vacation. Tv didn't work. Maids were noisy in the morning. Sheets weren't on the bed properly. Shotty Internet. Freezing cold. Overpriced - and even when I mentioned the tv didn't work she didn't even reimburse some of the room fee. You pay for brunch/breakfast even if you don't eat it. The entrance smelled like cat pee - the Manager denied this even though he did not go check out the smell. He stated it was from water damage. A previous staff person checked the smell out and agreed it was cat pee. no micro wave, some rooms are noisy. Room had unknown ventilation, smoke came in from room next door, noise isolation was terrible, one set of sheet appeared to have skipped changing or wash--wrinkled with stains. The restaurant at supper time was a bit disorganized. Didn't have two items offered on menu and found it expensive for the food considering it wasn't great. Otherwise breakfast was great. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Get new staff and tell the truth about the room locations online. 1. Given a room that the ac was so cold that we could not stay in the room as my partner is disabled. When we mentioned the cold temperature in the room we were provided blankets. Wrong answer. We were the moved to another room and charged an additional $10.99. The young woman on duty was not very cooperative and we felt nickel and dimed regarding the room fee. We were quoted $79 plus tax and we were charged $112.24. everything was horrible. Inability to control room temperature...had to be done from front desk...suffered an uncomfortable night. Extremely unfriendly desk staff...waited twenty minutes to check in while desk clerk was on the phone. Toilet seat dangerously loose. Saw several ants. had hard time to sleep room next to me was noisy until 6.00 am loud tv drinking and smoking even phone front desk 3 times ... told them myself to quiet down they laught at me ... manager drop the price to40.00 w'ont recommend thst place.
