The hotel and room have all amenities that you would need. It is clean, comfortable, the rooms are a decent size, the breakfast, pool and hot tub, waterslide,laundry everything is fantastic! For a 3 star hotel you couldn't ask for more and we have stayed here a ton.
The hotel was located five minutes from downtown, was great. The staff were friendly on arrival and hotel and everything we needed, laundry, pool, clean room and free parking. Breakfast was ok, was included in rate.all reviews »
The breakfast meal was excellent, and it was nice to have a newspaper under our door in the morning. Our request to be on the top floor was accommodated and everything was clean and quiet.

The pool is far to cold. My sons lips were turning blue and literally I couldn't even bring myself to swim in it so its unbearably cold. I am from Salmon Arm originally, and our lake is warmer. This is my only complaint with this hotel, otherwise we love ut for the family but please turn up the heat in that pool.
Ice machine was close to our friends room and she could hear it making ice all night. We were close to the exit doors on the floor, doors are very thin so could hear people talking.
We stayed in a room with two double beds and found the beds WAY too small for myself and my spouse and we are not big people at all.
Maid service only adequate - beds not made fully each day and room tidied.
Air conditioning noisy and only controlled by room thermostat so either blasted with cold air or off - prefer systems with variable fan.
Depending where you are in hotel you can hear a lot of highway traffic noise.

We were placed in a smoking room which we never wanted. They said the hotel was full and couldn't switch our rooms. They whole room stank of cigarette smoke and had burn holes in the curtains looking out onto a parking lot. For almost $200 a night it was awful and not worth the money.
