Staff were very helpful in finding a secured spot for parking when I arrived late as this was a weekend in Penticton that gets very busy with families. The rooms were very sound proof giving me a great sleep. Rooms were very clean and more than enough towels. The room had a full kitchen/sitting area, which we were not expecting. It was quiet, which we asked for, and all questions were answered, and help given re local restaurants, direction, etc. We would stay again.

Did not feel run down like some of the other motels in that area. Location is unbeatable. The beach is literally 5 steps away. Staff are really nice and helpful. Very enjoyable stay. Air conditioner, right by beach and in the middle of everywhere I wanted to go. Arrived late, fortunately one of the staff members was there to give us keys. Beach access great and walking distance to restaurants and sport facilities. location, pool, room had functional kitchen. Reception was very helpful.... The location was nice. Great experience very affordable great view from our room and friendly. The pillows were much too soft and offered no support. We would consider bringing our own next time. No complaints at all!. The door didn't close well as the door jam had been cracked in the past, somebody had forced door, and although it locked, it had .5 inch give to it. Pillows are to to soft. Need to be a little firmer. Other than that it was great......... It was a good value for us so I have no negative comments. The bed mattress was not as comfortable and the sofa cushions were sinking. But then this is a budget motel so no complains really. Parking was too close to unit doors. No screens on windows. nothing.. all great!!. First impression wasn't the greatest but that aside this was the best hotel out of 4 others we stayed at that week. Other guest were smoking right outside their room doors at tables, chairs and ashtrays provided. This made it impossible to sit outside our room or leave our door open to enjoy fresh air because the smoke was coming right into our room. A little out dated. Door locks were in need of replacing. No screens on the windows so we could not open at night. It's pretty old and funky. The lampshade in our room was broken. Could be modernized but maybe that would raise the price?. Parking and they need update their decor oh and the shower was hot and cold rapidly. Outdated but a place to stay a little pricey for the quality but realizing tourist season not too bad. dirty towel left behind in bathroom from previous guests, as well as some personal items. No space for suitcase. Water damage surrounding bathtub, cracked wallpaper and wall deterioration from apparent water leakage at the tap end. The room wasn't cleaned every day and the blankets were threadbare. The wall in the bathrm was crumbling. Double bed instead of queen size. Older facility kind if showing age.
